Terms and Conditions for INK Abroad
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), including the Privacy Policy and other documents referred to herein (the “Agreement”), form a legal agreement between you (hereinafter, “you” or “your”) and INK Abroad (hereinafter, “INK Abroad”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting this Agreement, you authorize INK Abroad to contact you via mobile calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication medium. You also agree that this will override your registry on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR), formerly the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC), at any given time. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is automatically renewed every three months.

Scope of Services:
INK Abroad provides consultancy services to Indian students looking to study abroad. Through our platform, we assist with university selection, application guidance, visa processing, and post-arrival support. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the institutions you wish to apply to. Our services are based on information provided by educational institutions and partners, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or up-to-date.
Cost and Fees:
Our consultancy services are generally free of charge, excluding specific application fees required by universities. The application fee is non-refundable and is directly paid to the respective institutions when submitting applications. INK Abroad may receive a commission from the institutions based on a confirmed enrollment.
Disclaimer:
To the extent permitted by law, INK Abroad and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use our services, inaccuracies in the information provided by institutions, or any damages resulting from your use of third-party services linked to our platform. INK Abroad does not take responsibility for the payment of taxes or fees charged by educational institutions.
License:
By submitting any content, such as text, photos, or images, to INK Abroad (for example, in reviews or personal accounts), you grant INK Abroad a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content across our platform and in promotional materials. You confirm that you own the copyright to such content and that it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property Rights:
INK Abroad retains all intellectual property rights over the website, including all software, content, and materials. You are not allowed to copy, scrape, deep-link, or use any content from the platform without prior written consent from INK Abroad. Unauthorized use of INK Abroad’s intellectual property constitutes an infringement.
Links to Other Resources:
Our platform may contain links to third-party resources, such as websites or applications. However, INK Abroad does not endorse or assume responsibility for the products, services, or content provided by these third parties. You are encouraged to review the legal statements of any linked resources before engaging with them.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold INK Abroad, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any losses, damages, or costs, including legal fees, arising from third-party claims related to your use of the website, the services, or the content you submit.
Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India. You waive any rights to a jury trial for any legal proceedings.
Changes and Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be revised. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
