1. Overseas Educational Counsellor

Location: Work From Office
Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to students aspiring to study abroad, with a focus on Ireland, UK, USA, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Assist students with university applications, course selection, and admission processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and processes for Ireland, UK, USA, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Address student queries and ensure a seamless counselling experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet student goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in overseas education counselling.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processing for the listed countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a student-centric approach.

2. Telecalling Executive

Location: Work From Office
Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain our services.
  • Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide basic information about study abroad options and the application process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of overseas education processes is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented mindset.
