1. Overseas Educational Counsellor
Location: Work From Office
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students aspiring to study abroad, with a focus on Ireland, UK, USA, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Assist students with university applications, course selection, and admission processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and processes for Ireland, UK, USA, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Address student queries and ensure a seamless counselling experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet student goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in overseas education counselling.
- Strong knowledge of visa processing for the listed countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a student-centric approach.
2. Telecalling Executive
Location: Work From Office
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain our services.
- Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide basic information about study abroad options and the application process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education processes is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented mindset.
